Heidi Son, Esq

Heidi Son is an experienced immigration attorney with a decade of experience in business immigration law and an additional five years in labor and employment law. She assists corporations, startups, and professionals in securing work authorization and permanent residency solutions, and ensures compliance with immigration regulations. Ms. Son has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs and professionals across diverse fields, including arts, science, and research. She is admitted to practice in Washington, DC and California and holds her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Duke University. Fluent in Korean and conversant in Japanese, Ms. Son formerly served as the Treasurer of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's (AILA) Asia Pacific Chapter, and continues to be an active volunteer. She is committed to delivering client-focused legal solutions that align with business goals and immigration compliance.
